Terms of Service for Octavira

1. General Information

Octavira operates the website at octavira.com. Our headquarters are located at 290 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3L9, Canada. These terms govern your access to and use of our Music & Audio Community services.

2. Services

Octavira offers audio creation and mixing sessions, live consultations, and community workshops. All service engagements are scheduled by mutual agreement and include professional guidance from our audio specialists.

3. Infoproducts

We provide digital courses, sample libraries, and tutorial modules designed to enhance your music production skills. Access is granted upon successful completion of any required onboarding steps.

4. Merchandise

Our online store features branded apparel, studio gear, and audio accessories. All items are shipped from our warehouse and subject to availability.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours before the session, you are eligible for a full credit to your original payment method. Sessions canceled within 48 hours are not eligible for reimbursement due to staff scheduling commitments. You may opt to reschedule a session at no additional charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

5.2 Infoproducts

Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Eligibility requires that less than 20% of the digital content has been accessed. Once this period has passed or the access threshold is exceeded, all sales are final.

5.3 Merchandise

Merchandise may be sent back within 30 days of receipt in original, unused condition for a refund. Customers are responsible for shipping expenses on exchanged items. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item.

6. Modification of Terms

Octavira reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting at octavira.com or other locations determined by us.
